Deep Emotions is a small start-up by Chrysolite Counselling/Judith Blackwell, and Chrysolite Creations/Rob Blackwell. As this grows, the details here will change. This website holds all the information about the cards, but the payment link takes you to a new page, which is a SumUp Store page, where you will be asked to make payment
Shipping
UK SHIPPING
We aim to have your order with you quickly, but please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch and delivery. Delivery may be further delayed if ordering around Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail. You can choose first or second class. Both are tracked. You will receive a tracking number via the email you supply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please contact us for a shipping quote before making a purchase. International Orders will be manually invoiced (This includes Ireland). We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days of receipt. Orders are sent by Royal Mail’s International Tracked Standard service, which aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and Worldwide within 6-7 working days, but please also allow for any delays your local delivery service may be experiencing.
Returns
Deep Emotions accepts returns of hard copy products up to 14 days after delivery, providing the products are in good condition and suitable for resale. The buyer bears the cost of return postage, unless the products are defective, in which case we will reimburse you. In all other cases the postage and packing element of the original order is not refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are made using the same method as original payment was received, ie via SumUp, or if this is not possible for any reason, by bank transfer
